Mantra Ettalong Beach

We enjoyed a two-night stay at Mantra Ettalong Beach for $160, and overall, it met our needs with a few perks like complimentary snacks. The room was tidy and included useful amenities like a washing machine, though a larger TV and more crockery would’ve been appreciated. The large pool was fantastic for relaxation, and proximity to the beach and local attractions such as Umina Beach and Mount Ettalong Lookout made for great family bonding moments. some furnishings were dated, and the outdoor seating could be improved for comfort.

we appreciated its marvellous location to book in that area. very polite staff team at the reception desk and kept the hotel fairly clean.

The place was absolutely fabulous, with its incredibly welcoming staff at reception desk. The location was magnificent and stunning, short walk to Cafes close by, the local coffee shops, and water. Loved their cold drinks, served in the beach bar.

The room boasted good facilities, including a modern bathroom and a comfortable bed, yet it felt cramped due to mismatched furniture that clashed rather than complemented the space.

I faced difficulties when I found I couldn't use my Accor points for this stay, and there were issues with my card processing. the room wasn’t tidied or maintained like other hotels I've experienced, leaving me slightly disappointed with the overall service.

It was a wonderful place to spend a weekend away !!

The idea that the hotel can choose weather you have a spa or not in your room. Because one of the reasons I chose this hotel was for that but they gave us an accessible room which meant it had a big open shower for wheel chair (which is great) but I wanted a spa

I ate at a nice restaurant for dinner. Also, location was great and magnificent, relatively near Ettalong Wharf. The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a local area.

The Mantra provided a clean and comfortable room. The staff were friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The location next to the Diggers Club was convenient for meals. The balcony offered pleasant views, enhancing the overall experience. The resort-style pool was a good feature, though not heated. ,

The bathroom was dated and challenging to navigate.

The room was very well laid out and modern. The staff were very friendly.

I ranked the services/facilities only at fair as room cleaning was only available at an additional cost of $35 per time. I must have missed this disclosure on the Booked.net webpage

The room was good bit noisy inside &out I take it its bcuz is next to the club shame was raining all weekend long but I be going back to the area I dont if I will stay there again purely bcuz is over top $240 a nite

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary, and overall, the experience was good. The location offers stunning views of the ocean, especially from the well-furnished balcony in our suite. The bed was comfortable, ensuring restful nights. We appreciated the friendly staff who promptly addressed our concerns, and we enjoyed the convenience of free parking. The proximity to great dining options and shops added to our overall positive experience.

I do recommend this hotel.

Lovely room, nice view (ours was townside, not beach or sea views). Very clean, well fitted out and good range of cooking/eating utensils. Very handy to town and sporting amenities. Very good Club facilities (Ettalong Beach Services Club) share the same complex, with very good meal selection. Excellent value for money.

Couldn't get up on to roof to see best views of surrounding area. Light in the room quite dim and no reading light available.

The room was very spacious and comfortable

No room service, quite surprising the only hotel I have stayed at and couldnt order room service.

I was really let down by the outdated decor and uncleanliness. Finding long hairs on the bathroom floor and pillows was just gross. Plus, the soft mattress was a nightmare for my back. Totally not worth it!

Great room, terrific view, a nice resort feel that's very close to the city. Best to relax yourself

Not so much the Mantra itself, there was no food/drink service 'onsite' although the Beach Club is right next door which was fair enough(you may want to order your steak more cooked than usual...). We stayed early in the week and there's not a whole lot of restaurants open but that was ok for us.

I like the this hotel in all aspects location, room, the service etc. This was my first time there and will go back again with more time
